The Aji Amarillo is a thin fleashed pod. The pods are 4-5 inches l ong and deep orange in color when mature. The thin fleshed pods have a clearly pungent heat. The pod is grown in all of the regions of Peru. Aji Amarillo peppers have a fruity with berry tone flavor. Schoville heat units are approx. 15,000-30,000
