Cajun blackened seasoning is used on fish. It is comprised of sea salt, chopped onion, sugar, granulated garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, and ground black pepper.
Suggested Use:
To blacken catfish, simply oil sheet pan, cover with cajun blackened seasoning, bake until catfish is done. Simply flip the catfish over when done and seasoning will coat the top as well. May look red or black depending on desired color and cooking time.
