Emerald Fire is a blend of Jalapenos, Serranos, Habaneros, and Red Fresno peppers. Our Hot Sauces are rich, thick, and full of robust flavor, the kind of hot sauce that sticks to your food and won't run off. No "pepper flavored vinegar water here"!

Crazy Cassidy's goal is to create rich, flavorful products. Not all of our products are hot and spicy. We have created wonderful seasoning that will enhance your cooking and when desired, spice them up. Spring is in the air, BBQ season is upon us. Crazy Cassidy's Spice Blends are ideal for BBQ and for the kitchen. Our Everyday Spice Blend is exactly that, Everyday, just a great bunch of spices that everyone cooks with everyday.
We also carry a large variety of unique and exotic whole dried, smoked, powdered Chile Peppers and spices.		From the mild and flavorful Ancho Peppers to the exotic hot Thai's to the insanely hot Habaneros. We have exotic peppers from all over the world.
